Work culture is very friendly. Company policies are flexible and modern. Very adaptive for family persons. Job security is 100 percent sure. And the top most management is always sensible to hear your needs and always appreciate your work.

Dislikes

There is a bond for freshers but I can’t find any negative in that because for six months purely on job training with salary is getting for the candidates and it’s purely genuine for a company perspective like at least an individual should work for 2 years.

Work Details

I started as Software Engineer in TYPO3 in PITS. I don’t have any previous experience in this technology and in 4 years I had a massive growth in my career to Senior Software Engineer and then to the Lead Level. I got two Europe onsite opportunity.
