Piramal is a very good brand with high ethics but PDS, Ahmedabad is terrible. Once you join the horrible management, who will tried their best to grab your money (bonus or whatever it is) by giving you poor ratings, encourage you to leave the organization. One reason is that the Mumbai management is unable to control what is going at PDS, Ahmedabad.

Horrible culture at PDS, Ahmedabad. Piramal is a very good brand with high ethics but the management at PDS, Ahmedabad are horrible. They will appoint you, earn buddy by keeping you 6 month. A certain grant is allowed for the site in a year. Management will give you poor rating and grab your bonus and other benefit to their wallet.Until or unless there is direct control of Mumbai management over Ahmedabad one, I believe the scenario remains worst....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
