3 days work from office and 2 days work from home is a good part at Piramal. No issues on office timing due to flexible working hours.

The company culture is changing and compared to earlier it is not preferable. Work life balance is there but job security is a concern due to change in management.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely

The new management is clueless and care little about employees and is about just few people's ego, own self interest and prosperity. They are least interested in employees welfare, happiness and growth.

Regular lala company, you can come here only if you're not getting any other job. It's an NBFC and the leadership is very poor. They try to hire talents from good colleges but they themselves aren't motivated to do anything significant. Nobody cares about the brand, you'll stop getting calls from Tier1 places if you step here. In all honesty, avoid.

my boss was piece of cr*p, bully and never praised me for my contribution, I feel really bad I put up with his treatment for my time I spent here.
