The landscape of office premises, & Cooperation

The exit policy is worse. They take your private things like new salary slip, future company offer letter, it's like they force their employees to give such things. Entry is easy to pinnacle but not exit. I have served 9years still they are not providing my legitimate claims. Even bonus and other things they deprive of which is supposed to be your own hard earned money.

Its a very good company for freshers. Freshers can grow professionally and financially. Equipped with good infrastructure.

Doesn't value experience of employee. Work distribution is based on qualification and skills while salary were given based on designation. Your designation doesn't describe your job description. For example an employee with 1 year experience can work as project manager if posses the skill set with a team of employees having 5-8 years experience but will get salary as junior resource. Sometimes its quite hard to get work life balance. Company's promotional policy is really demotivating. Yearly salary increment is less than the inflation rate....Read More
