Just a genuine feedback not letting to hurt any sentiments of company or put down company or any person who is there. 1. Company work culture is very bad alot of politics and toxic environment. 2. Most of the people dont have professional manner. 3. Strict timings for entry but no time to exit from office. 4. If youre from another state please dont ruin your life in toxic environment. 5. No professionalism people will mostly talk in Bengali none of them will speak in english. 6. People will shout and call you from here and there. And speak very rudely 7. No respect amongst themselves. 8. People will try to put you down if youre from Another state they will not mix you up. 9. HR cooperation is good. 10. Mobiles are strictly prohibited to use in the company. 11. Few PM of the companies show that they are very superior and your like labor. Miss-use the power 12.
