If you are not Bengali, then this is not good company specially for middle and upper management. They are highly discriminatory against people from other state. They don't any policy for promotion. They keep changing as per their suitability. They treat people like bonded labour. You have to at your seat even you don't have work for min. 8 hrs....Read More
