No flexibility. No wfh option even in emergency situation (if you don't want to waste your PL/SL/CL). No support from management. No work-life balance. Senior management doesn't know how to professional. Every senior manager (specially C- level) use 'F' word frequently in every meeting. Medical insurance is for only you (2 lakhs). If you want to add your dependents then you have to pay 50% of the premium. For any escalation the people know only to play blame game. Nobody is ready to support the other person/ team to resolve the escalation. They are also creating a very bad culture of asking employees to work on Saturdays that too without any comp off or extra pay...Read More
