And here’s the best part: if you decide to escape this paradise during probation, you get to pay a hefty exit fee! Expect insane deadlines, zero work-life balance, and arrogant, egotistical clients who treat contractors like disposable trash. Anyways, after all these warnings and truths, if you still wanna join this toxic company, and if you have also cleared the client interview round for "JayPea More Gains Chase,” then play some bargaining game with them, because they desperately need people for this project. Make sure to exploit their desperation for higher pay—you’ll have so much leverage before accepting the offer. Facilities? What Facilities? * Water? Oh, it's there!
