Pfizer is a Very Good company but not now, there no value for Humanity, Transparency, no work life balance. Pfizer was known for People Oriented Company but now it is totally reverse, there is no security for job. People where serving the company for more than 28 years lost their job by giving only 30 minutes prior notice n no thanks n regards for their long tenure in the company. Every year there is a reduction in the field force but their is plan for future growth of the company. I strongly suggest not to recommend any people to Pfizer....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
