I am working in pfizer last since 5 years. Pfizer is one of the best organisation or platform to learn lots. The hierarchy of pfizer is to good. Pfizer is always take care his employee like if i want to get transfer any where in India than Pfizer try to relocate that person. Pfizer has own it culture. This is the reason from my side whom I like to work in Pfizer.

If Such situation arises, then my first priority would be to look within myself and try to find out any shortcomings or lack of skills and techniques. If such things happen then I would try to improve and rectify myself. Still if I don’t get an answer then I will speak to my senior and colleagues to learn my mistakes so that I become more user friendly to my organisation.
