Every thing good but management believe only one or 2 HOD words. If any arguments with that hods they will go and tell some nonsense things Without any proofs they remove jobs. Due to this type management people who work perfectly and put ther efforts they will facing problems loosing jobs

CTC correction not happening on time based on the Qualification and Experience. Also, very less annual increment. For the sake of Diversity, giving opportunities to undeserving candidates. Also, internal vacancies are never been hired based on the skills. There is always manipulations are done by hiring managers and department heads. This is very bad feeling with pfizer.
