Well driven organization from global level but no use because it's domestically failed due to over acting management. Pulls only known / favoured persons throughout his carrier. Person who wants carrier must wait until he will die/retired.

Pulls only favoured persons. No use of recruiting platform created by Pfizer. Again manager only interviews the person and recommending favoured persons only. God knows the pain of working in Pfizer. Don't know when it will change I am still working. One day I definitely left this organisation because I can't change the company/ management. If once global concentrated definitely can change this chain of management pulling. CTC correction not happening on time based on the Qualification and Experience. Also, very less annual increment. For the sake of Diversity, giving opportunities to undeserving candidates.
