I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. CTC correction not happening on time based on the Qualification and Experience. Also, very less annual increment. For the sake of Diversity, giving opportunities to undeserving candidates.
