They might need to a lot on the work culture. Management is pathetic. They want the employees to work but don't want to help even in a functional way. All they want is to show the managerial attitude to the team rather than helping.

The management is pathetic part of Persistent. They don't like to work and they won't let someone work. If someone tried to suggest something then manager might see you as their enemy going forward. They want the employees to work as dumb bots but would always preach them about being proactive.
