Now I feel that I would never regret to take this opportunity,it's a good choice for people who else suffering with work life balance in top MNCs. Loved the interview process and kind people. Projects also good.

Persistent is a great company to start your career with. Hard work is appreciated here, people are good natured and helping, work culture is overall good. Flexibility in work is good as well, you work your tasks in time and it’s all good. Technical projects with vivid domains are being worked upon and your expertise is well utilised. Overall a good place to work.

Dislikes

Food is on the downside. 50k per year is deducted in food and insurance which is mandatory and cannot be opted out from.

Not as of such in last 1 year. Management and HR policies are too bad.

It has same environment as other service based organisation like Capgemini. Have leaderless leaders named as manager. Make sure you get min 4 star every quarter or you are in danger zone. Projects are not for quality people. Last option is always ok.

If you are lateral joining, make sure you get the designation you expect or a higher because progression might be easy but promotion is totally upto the project and hr policies. Even if you deserve, you cannot expect to get it that easily. Job security is there till you have a project allocated. You will have many options for project selection when you are on bench however location can vary.

Work culture is totally upto the project you are allocated. It's not uniform culture that you will observe in each employee.

It's a good company for freshers. Good exposure to a lot of different technologies. Good exposure to client communication as well at early stages in the career.

Hikes are quite average. Work-life balance seems to be going downhill in the recent years.

As it was my first company i always respect that and also everyone is good until one manager

There’s one manager name Tejmani Singh is he unprofessional and talk very rude with everyone and he takes disadvantage of his position. Talk unprofessionally with girls too . And he doesn’t do any work and he was the reason many employees have complaint about him . I have suffered a lot working with him

Good for People who prefer government job like environment where People take breaks at the same time, Talk loudly , talk in regional languages, no Manager manages the floor to maintain the decorum.

Dislikes

Forced food payment. Poor Infrastructure, unprofessional managers, teams, you'll not feel like you're working in a MNC. The clients they have for Service Line, are tiny ones so no security there too. Anytime you'll be moved to bench.
