The company is overall good I have worked here for 2 years worked on Java and golang got a good exposure to golang had hands on experience in Java and react also the food is overall good they serve different items on different days of week having 2 days as sweet dish. Only need to work 4.5 hrs a day no 9 hrs policy which is good that to 2 days a week so we only have to work from office for a total of 9 hrs in one week. Nothing the company is overall good in its culture and work managers are awesome and extremely talented workforce is found here people have great skills in Java and golang I learnt a lot from my leads and senior here.

No worklife balance, they won't care about your career. Won't take care of your well being. You are just a labor for them they use to complete their Project that's it. No Job security, No Project Opportunities. They will hire you and keep you on bench if you don't get project within 60 days they will ask you to resign. or they will force you to join some Project where you don't have skillset.

WLB: Good in my case, no work on weekends, minimal overtime work, The Manager was really good, humble, and supportive, no definite punching time, one needs to show up for a minimum 5hrs per day in the office for 2 days per week. But the WLB is team, project, and manager dependent entirely, one of my colleagues was into some salesforce support project, and WLB was horrible.
Job Security: They can fire you anytime without completing the notice period even if you are in a project billed or unbilled. So, Basically the worst job security. There are people who have been on the bench for as long as 6 months. When the company is not doing good, there will be calls from the upper management to the manager to forcefully put some people on PIP, and thereafter they will fire you in the name of performance issues. Quality of Work and flexibility in choosing a project: It all depends on luck. People who already have certain skillsets and tech stack knowledge are being allocated to a project with entirely different tech stacks and if he/she complains, HR calls him and immediately asks him to forcefully resign. And for Freshers who are hired, they randomly allocate them to any training without asking about their preferences and skillsets. For Ex: Someone well-versed in development is allocated to QA training so there is no flexibility in choosing or changing the training track. Promotion and Appraisal: Yearly appraisals are there but that is just peanuts, the better thing is to switch the company. Salary: Similar to other WITCH companies. Freshers who are hired are given salaries according to their college or coding skills. The starting salary is around 4.75, 7.5, or 9lpa. Majority of them are hired at lower salaries and then exploited to the core. The amount of work is almost similar for different salaries offered. The senior employees of the company are the most lifeless beings in the organization, sad and addicted to cigarettes, and alcohol. if you are on bench and you have less than 3 years experience it's high chance that you will not get any project and soon expect HR call asking for your resignation.

Food was good only I think
I think it was my bad luck to get worst project in persistent system because of that I left the company. In that project there is zero learning and totally non-tech work and when I ask my manager to change my project then she said just stay or leave the company. I choose second option.🙂🙂

It has same environment as other service based organisation like Capgemini. Have leaderless leaders named as manager. Make sure you get min 4 star every quarter or you are in danger zone. Projects are not for quality people. Last option is always ok.

If you are lateral joining, make sure you get the designation you expect or a higher because progression might be easy but promotion is totally upto the project and hr policies. Even if you deserve, you cannot expect to get it that easily. Job security is there till you have a project allocated. You will have many options for project selection when you are on bench however location can vary.

Good for People who prefer government job like environment where People take breaks at the same time, Talk loudly , talk in regional languages, no Manager manages the floor to maintain the decorum.
Forced food payment. Poor Infrastructure, unprofessional managers, teams, you'll not feel like you're working in a MNC. The clients they have for Service Line, are tiny ones so no security there too. Anytime you'll be moved to bench.

Worst job sequrity. You will be forced to resign on call itself by HR at any time if you are on bench for 30- 60 days only. Please stay away from this organisation if you want a job sequrity and peaceful work life . No policy is employee friendly.Very disappointing work culture and deployment at client side. You can discontinued at any time from the project and get fired by lala company.
