We have good work life balance at persistent but it will totally depend on your project. Apart from this we food and other cultural activities are good & also they focus on upskilling activities.

It's is besically a Dada-Bhaiya Company(People have settled down here with family). Politics is everywhere. Groupsim is on the top. HR might call you to help you resign anytime(Poor performance may be given as a reason).

No worklife balance, they won't care about your career. Won't take care of your well being. You are just a labor for them they use to complete their Project that's it. No Job security, No Project Opportunities. They will hire you and keep you on bench if you don't get project within 60 days they will ask you to resign. or they will force you to join some Project where you don't have skillset.

Day by day just the policies are increasing, they are restricting every thing we try to access making developers life hard, unnecessary trainings, why the hell would I take biology course? Even seniors are exiting due to no appraisals.. fired all my colleagues who were the same designation as me, it's like they have to find projects because resource management is useless or non existent, What kind of thing is that first they have to give interviews and get selected in a company just so that they have to find projects by themselves? Referral thing is worst I don't know how they hire even... on job site there is one job id and while referring it can't even find that job by id... Who even developed those sites. and don't even get me started on IT team I have never seen biasing to this level ever, if you raise a request for monitor if you know that guy, speak his language they give him better monitor and for the rest old ones why are there old tf panel monitors anyway? salary was good in my case I like the working time like you need to be in office for 5 hours and it would be added as 9 hours in your time shit so this was the good part you will get food for free but the food would be mostly and South Indian even in Pune they will add extra 41000 for your insurance in your salary structure you can take the permission but you can work from home it's not many ready to go to office if you are on bench...Read More

Very strict policy, you have to raise a ticket even to get a notepad and a pen, you can’t have printer access, even for a small thing they ask for your manger’s approvals.

Nothing is good higher management just think about there self and not caring about the employee life. Even for asking extra leaves for our personal work they will not given. They didn't care about employees personal life. They said follow client calendar 🥵. Some Client also doing partiality if girls doing the mistake and taking time is ok. If boy's doing the mistake is productive issues what politics going on didn't understand this thing also ignore. Lot of old monolithic application work not much learning. They give work on lagacy project. At time of they promised to give the chance on Microservice or advanced tech but after joined just put in old, lagacy, lot of boiler code, fustrest work on projects.
