Salary and increments - There will be no salary increment for next 2 years for anyone who joins after September. Increment is very less. Job Security - Company is firing employees who is on bench for 1 week also in 2023. So many employees lost job because of this. Lack of Projects Les s allowances - Shift allowances are very low. A person working in night shift gets only 550 rupees while other companies pays around 1000. Deduction for food - Company provides food in campus and deducts from CTC. Food is very basic and many employees does not like the food....Read More
