Nothing positive, if anyone want to join they can thing only for short duration like 7-8 months.

Dislikes

There is no job security. They will ask you to resign while giving some other reasons. Lot of politics in Appraisal. Very less appraisal. No promotion. No on-site opportunity. Managers are horrible... Management doesn't care about employee like developer, QA.. only Manager and above will get respect.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
