Worst job sequrity. You will be forced to resign on call itself by HR at any time if you are on bench for 30- 60 days only. Please stay away from this organisation if you want a job sequrity and peaceful work life . No policy is employee friendly.Very disappointing work culture and deployment at client side. You can discontinued at any time from the project and get fired by lala company.

The company is totally a mess. It will use you to make profit, once done it will throw you like you are a dirt. No proper protocol is maintained, no proper communication is maintained. It's a disgusting experience to work here.

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.

The company is overall good I have worked here for 2 years worked on Java and golang got a good exposure to golang had hands on experience in Java and react also the food is overall good they serve different items on different days of week having 2 days as sweet dish. Only need to work 4.5 hrs a day no 9 hrs policy which is good that to 2 days a week so we only have to work from office for a total of 9 hrs in one week. Employee Friendly, but strict policies. There is a concern, regarding job security, if you’re not into a billable project and you might need yo put down the paper within 60 days.

Very strict policy, you have to raise a ticket even to get a notepad and a pen, you can’t have printer access, even for a small thing they ask for your manger’s approvals.

Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.

Good branding helps to hire candidates to fall in the trap Insurance and food money is a part of annual salary Good stock options given Spends a lot of money to open and expand new office in Hinjewadi No office is Kharadi or Magarpatta or Mundhwa - employees have to come to office at least 2 days and 5 days if client needs

Dislikes

Hiring and then firing candidates due to project not coming Recruitment team puts a lot of pressure of the candidates to join immediately - candidates reject other offers only to get fired from Persistent as there is lot of hiring happening even if the client is not there.
