Good for People who prefer government job like environment where People take breaks at the same time, Talk loudly , talk in regional languages, no Manager manages the floor to maintain the decorum.

Dislikes

Forced food payment. Poor Infrastructure, unprofessional managers, teams, you'll not feel like you're working in a MNC. The clients they have for Service Line, are tiny ones so no security there too. Anytime you'll be moved to bench.

The company is totally a mess. It will use you to make profit, once done it will throw you like you are a dirt. No proper protocol is maintained, no proper communication is maintained. It's a disgusting experience to work here.

The company is overall good I have worked here for 2 years worked on Java and golang got a good exposure to golang had hands on experience in Java and react also the food is overall good they serve different items on different days of week having 2 days as sweet dish. Only need to work 4.5 hrs a day no 9 hrs policy which is good that to 2 days a week so we only have to work from office for a total of 9 hrs in one week. Nothing is good higher management just think about there self and not caring about the employee life. Even for asking extra leaves for our personal work they will not given. They didn't care about employees personal life. They said follow client calendar 🥵. Some Client also doing partiality if girls doing the mistake and taking time is ok. If boy's doing the mistake is productive issues what politics going on didn't understand this thing also ignore. Lot of old monolithic application work not much learning. They give work on lagacy project. At time of they promised to give the chance on Microservice or advanced tech but after joined just put in old, lagacy, lot of boiler code, fustrest work on projects. There is no Job Security. I got selected in 2 to 3 projects but none of the project started. They wasted my time. Suddenly they called and asked to resign (silent layoff) with 3 month basic salary. Still I am surviving for job

Worst job sequrity. You will be forced to resign on call itself by HR at any time if you are on bench for 30- 60 days only. Please stay away from this organisation if you want a job sequrity and peaceful work life . No policy is employee friendly.Very disappointing work culture and deployment at client side. You can discontinued at any time from the project and get fired by lala company.

Low salary, changing company culture, job security, long notice period, tremendous work pressure, very long working hours, travel policy, relocation policy, onsite policy (e.g. job loss or return to base location if unbilled for two weeks only, no accommodation in initial days) etc.

Worst management. No work life balance. No ethics. They are trying to replace existing employees whom they hired recently at higher packages with new employees with less package. Once you are on bench they willnot provide any project and after two months they will force you to resign.

Good branding helps to hire candidates to fall in the trap Insurance and food money is a part of annual salary Good stock options given Spends a lot of money to open and expand new office in Hinjewadi No office is Kharadi or Magarpatta or Mundhwa - employees have to come to office at least 2 days and 5 days if client needs

Dislikes

Hiring and then firing candidates due to project not coming Recruitment team puts a lot of pressure of the candidates to join immediately - candidates reject other offers only to get fired from Persistent as there is lot of hiring happening even if the client is not there.
