Got offer from persistent
I have received offer from persistent systems ,
Hr agreed for 50% hike on base pay.
After reviewing the offer letter I got to know.
I got 30% hike on basepay only.
But variable pay is there.
Hr is saying she got approval for 30% only. But including all other benefits u got a good hike.
Shall I accept it or not?
