One of the very worst company in Chennai to work with. Doesn't even care about employees health

Worst work-life balance. Very poor company policies. Management think that employees will do anything for money. One good example is recently many good resources dropped paper. And Management sent a mail that if employees stay till 2024, 5lakhs will be given as bonus. Instead of analysing the root cause, just they will deal everything with money. Nearly 80% of good resources went out and many are serving notice period. Management will ask you to work for 15+ hrs on week-days no matter what and compulsorily on week-ends....Read More

Terrible. QA department is better than other departments.

Toxic work environment especially data solutions team. The manager is the worst. Manager prioritize favoritism Managers lack the necessary technical knowledge but still assess team members' capabilities, causing frustration. Overall these issues contribute to a negative work environment, making the team and company difficult to work with effectively.

Layoff layoff. They will say your performance is not good put you in a very bad zone where they will treat you like you have no knowledge whereas I was best performaning candidate. They will demotivate you from every angle and put you in a PIP zone.
