Likes

PTG has nice office building located at prime location at Hitech City. They offer free breakfast, lunch and dinner ( south Indian dishes). Small company where every one knows each other by face.

Dislikes

1. No job security. Seen many people getting terminated in mass. 2. PTG core business isn't software rather Film Industry. 3. Has flat management where you will get 1 or 2 layers to escalate issue to CEO. CEO doesn't seems to have Software Industry experience but has lot of funds. 4. Not good for experienced person as PTG doesn't have enough long running projects and lack of good sales team, no good projects are in hands. Due to low gross margins, experience employee are always at risk....Read More
