Key Concerns: 1. Mediclaim Policy Issues While the company official provides a Mediclaim policy, employees often face claim rejection even after following the correct process.This significantly reduces the actual benefit of having health insurance, leaving employees to manage medical expenses on their own. 2. Work Culture & Employee Support: Many employees feel that there is a lack of support from Managemnet.Engineers often work long hours without consideration for work-life balance.Additionally, managers and HODs do not actively advocate for their teams, which affects overall job satisfaction. 3. Job Security & Replacement Mindset: The general approach towards employees seems to be that if one person leaves, another will replace them.This mindset can make employees feel undervalued and reduce motivation. 4.
