Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is lots of politics are there in organisation when I had given resignation actually as per appointment letter if I am ready to serve notice period then company have to allow me to serve notice period or company have to pay me notice salary as per company rules.
