No Job Security. Work culture is good. Management - Whatever team lead or team manager say that is the ultimate truth, They won't listen to team members opinion. Company policies are good.

Teammates are good. Training - You will aligned to Senior team members who will train you on the entire process. Career growth: There is nothing like career growth, you have to work on the assigned project. Salary/Appraisal: Based on your TL/TM rating. Travel: Not applicable Politics: Team Manager/Team Leader these two guys for their salary, survival, greed can go to any extent. They even snatch your ideas and project them as if they have come with that ideas. Learning: A big zero Work environment: Okay Innovation: You innovate and your TL or TM will get the patent rights.
