Moreover I wanted work from home because of my father's illness which was not approved by the manager. So, I decided to left the organization. But it is a great organization to work.

Terrible work culture and managers. Micro management is prevalent in across the org. Managers are toxic and don't respect you personal life. Hikes are below the inflation percent 2-3%.
