The salary structure and pay scale is very unfair and low

Dislikes

The working culture is very bad and doesnot pay well as per market rate the increment also doesnt happen very often without giving any reasons. Does not care about their employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
