I was working in Paytm service team has a senior FSE from pass 6moths & they offer me 3:2L per annum by telling fixed salary but I'm not getting proper starting 45days I work company just gave me 6k no holiday, target is very high no one will care about us this is fraud company please don't join gave it's my request

very toxic culture with no extra benefits or facilities. Promised higher number of ESOPs, post joining reduced it to half. Team budgets is very low to afford even a single outing in a year. Top management people are very unqualified for the role. AC works all the time

Not adjusting the AC temperature. No proper training of the process. Gaps in Communications between different teams. Delhi team, Mumbai team and Bangalore team have not much idea on the same work.
