Senior Management's unprofessional behavior, no guidance in completing tasks, treats employees like dogs, HR is a joke and present just for the sake of labor laws, CEO dresses like a homeless person, everyone focuses on highlighting only good things to the management even when there aren't any and completely lose their shit when any bad thing happens, doesn't know shit about crisis management

Terrible work culture and toxic and disrespecting senior management. No point of raising issues to the HR because they are equally involved and don’t question the mid-managers for that. Expect you to work like animals. No respect to your private life, your manager can call you even at 9 in the night to get updates.

No infornation related to promotions and promotes managers relatives despite of them being non performers.

as a fresher I get good opportunity here. for a fresher it a good opportunity to work in paytm because in nowadays when everyone is asking for experience paytm is not asking experience because they got cheap labor.

in paytm there is very toxic work environment, you don't get any promotion and appraisal they give literally zero % of hike. for job security management instantly fire employees for the very silly reason like if you can't make the aws infrastructure ready in 5 days (for a single person) management will fire instantly. there are no working hours fixed. and even you will never get any appreciation from your manager....Read More

Everything Now Paytm is also playing with new joiners they provide salary sheet but at the time of offer letter the HR started ghosting the candidates by blocking calls It's time they should sell the company to Phonepe I guess it will run more good plus they need to kick out HR on first instance
