Firstly, there is no much of projects in the organization. If one gets over, you will there in bench for few months and forced to join a project that do not match your technical expectation. If you are from automation API project and that project gets over, you will be moved to manual testing for web. There is a manager "Mohan bharathi" who doing micromanagement by torturing the employees mentally. There is no use if you complaint about QA manager to senior management. Many teammates from testing has left the organization due to his inhumane actions and still we are suffering. The QA manager was there since the company started and so he feels he is a king maker, lol. He does not have exposure to any other organization structure so he thinks whatever he do as right. Even if you are not reporting directly, one point or another you will be moved under him and your career will spoilt....Read More
