I like working in PANI SANSTHAN because this organization does social work by connecting with farmers, working on women empowerment, increasing water level, climate change etc.That's why I really like working in this organization.

Dislikes

Due to lack of selection of a good team leader, many problems are faced. I tell a habit of the team leader to the person working under him, you should follow it The only thing I did not like in this organization is that the FC or anyone working under the team leader should never be abused
