There is no road map of promotion ,very late promotion engineers...only best for senior level employee, no proper work distribution.

Company overall is good, but MARCOM has lot of politics and biasness. The Japanese culture and people are good. Very disciplined work culture. Strict 9-6 policy is there.

Dislikes

In the MARCOM team the mid level managers are worst and not supportive at all. There is lot of favouritism in the teams. They sideline team members and keep on escalating work which are not required. Lot of politics involved. No peace of mind.

Nothing negative for now. Suggestions- Increase the WFH 2 in a month to 2 in a week-Hybrid (traveling to the office reduces the efficiency and waste a lot of time)
