Strict shift timing , even a 1 sec delay couse half a day deduction. The 6 day working culture makes it very difficult to manage personal life Low salary and outdated HR policy for employes. Nothing negative for now. Suggestions- Increase the WFH 2 in a month to 2 in a week-Hybrid (traveling to the office reduces the efficiency and waste a lot of time)
