Panasonic is a very good company but the Work culture of Project dept is very much bad. Full of Politics. Job security is not available.

Less focus on project division. SOP is changing all time which is hamper the work. Project Dealer is different, project dept main competition with trade dept. Company is Trade oriented, less focus on Project dealer. All lucrative products are in Trade dept. No standard pricing of products. Duplicate material available in market.
