Hvac Sales Engineer

1. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in HVAC systems and ventilation products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with developers, contractors, and HVAC consultants within the assigned region. This role requires a self-driven and motivated individual with expertise in distributor management and heat load calculations.

1. Role & responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients in the HVAC industry.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and HVAC consultants.
• Provide technical support and product information to clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Distributor Management:

• Manage and support distributors to ensure effective product distribution.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary training and support.
• Develop and implement distributor incentive programs.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance on ventilation products and HVAC systems.
• Perform heat load calculations and provide solutions to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments.

1. Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of ventilation products and HVAC systems.
• Strong experience in distributor management.
• Proficiency in heat load calculations.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with developers, contractors, and HVAC consultants.
• Should have worked with companies like- Kruger, Asteberg, Ostberg, Nicotra, Systemair, Zeco or HVAC contractor
