This Position in on Third Party Roll - Gurugram

Job Description:

• Timely Payment to laboratories, BIS, BEE, TEC & WPC

• Vet all applications to BEE / BIS for completeness

• Timely movement of Samples to Lab & Back to WH

• Develop SOP & Reporting Documents
• Documentation, MIS & repository

• Document preparation, application filing and follow-up with stakeholders

• Verification of documents send by Third parties for AIR approval

• Ensure closure of Finance and payment process for regulatory & associations

• Monitor government websites on daily basis and provide update to management in prescribed format.

• Documentation handling
• Creation of Requisition for Labs
• Payment's monitoring

Skill set

• Proficiency in Excel
• Know how on basics of BEE Regulation
