Freshers can't join because her 3 years bond and in that 3 years can't get better increament and salary. When you join freshers in MacLeod you can definitely regret your self after 1,2 years because of 3 years bond policy.

Wasting time, energy and life. It's mostly like a charity work for the company.(Charity work is Happy to do, when you do by your own, not forcefully). Only managers are happy because they are earning more than they deserve.

Nothing to like in this company. After working for many years, you start disliking yourself. According to generation the change should take place. Managers just wanted their whole life to spend like this they don't want any improvisation.

Worst company ever I worked management and hr both are cheap people not concerned about staffs well-being hook or by crook they want their work get to be done irrespective no compromise hire and fire policy this company will not grow unless the old management is changed just playing blind games and ruining people's future and hr department is full of politics. There are lots of politice outcome during working hours .there is HELPLESS HR in local plant .Uneducated employee posted them and given highly responsibility .There HR was always change rule as well as day by day. Working atmosphere is very poor. HR feel like as GODFATHER, they could not revert after any query .Even do not know about them HR POLICY EVEN THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FOLLOW "GMP" IN PHARMA COMPANY.,There security feel like as ARMY THEY SOMETIME THEY TREAT FORCEFULLY, Lots of argue and with help of HR department staff.sometime they torching during working hours. During company premises they are forcing to follow like near clean shav, dress code , shoe etc...even they do not follow the rules during them shift time.
