Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. CFA Management Order releasing, discount updation, Customer Master updation such as DL, Food License, address etc.
2. Cheque bounce intimation to CFA, follow up with CFA for Cheque bounce entry in SAP & payment follow up.
3. Updation of Credit limit, Credit Days & Payment terms as per the SOP.
4. Prepare monthly statement of Cheque bounce.
5. Online payment intimation to CFA & ensure collection entry on time.
6. CFA query related to Finance & immediate closure of the same.
7. Prepare monthly Trade Discount circular.
8. MIS Report
9. C&F Commission and Expenses
