the job is a cute interesting struggled a bit in the beginning is there was no formal training season I learn everything on the job I got a chance to we are multiple heads and that help me get a taste of different roles within the team

1. Company gives you wide exposure to all kind of work, starting from routine to development of products. 2. Job security is great, it's a safe to work at MacLeod's

1. MacLeod's work culture is pathetic. 2. There is a crunch of space, right from work space to washrooms 3. No amenities they provide, even no canteen is there, there is just one space, where everybody brings there dubba from the outside and eat there, and the next group of people need to wait till previous group finishes their lunch, so literally have to stand behind their chairs. Even we ate our lunch on stairs. 4. No hygeine is there if we consider washrooms there are two washrooms for every 2/3 flours, so your have to wait there also, no tissue availability. 5. No work related necessities are there like, pipettes, beaker, flask, etc, people even steal other person's flasks😂 6. No proper work culture, you have to lift your 10 liters beakers by yourself only like a labour, no trollies are provided, which leads to an accident sometimes, if you imbalanced. 7. Only two lifts are there in whole company that too for two different buldings, i.e. one lift per building. 8. Work culture is not good for women, there are no policies for women safety, if available then only on board not in real. If you are good-looking and women then they keep watch on you inside out, even after office hours, including normal associate to teal lead, very disturbing environment for women, if you are a women then please don't join at any cost, you will regret for sure. 9. Very bad leave and office hour policies. 10. Salary reduction is high, if you earn 30k then they will cut 9k minimum. 11. HR are very rude, they do not reply on calls. 11.
