OIEG has been recognized as a Great Place to Work. And our mam she is very supportive and helpful, we had a party on 26th October the theme was masquerade ball party, and we enjoyed a lot, she organizes many events for us to come together and meet all the team members and have fun with everybody.

We have a very supporting Manager and Team Lead, also the work culture is very good with all friendly colleagues.

Dislikes

The thing I despise is the working hours; we have to work 10 and a half hours a day from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and secondly, as a UK-based company, we have to work every Saturday.
