Very good platform for learning new things.. work life balance.. No pressure from managers and giving always option to explore and provide our best without their interface. tehy are always encourage and believe in our work. Company offers excellent training programs for skill development, especially for freshers . Work space will feels like little congested but very peacefull to work.

There is no Cab facility provided by the company. Apart from this all good

Nothing : i feel that they know what they are doing and they found out a loop hole and taking that advantage to scam people and make money.

Its not a genuine company all the reviews online and youtube videos are all fake, they written them by themself there is a guy who is recruited to do just that. Once you make any payment there is nothing that will be done related to you profile unless you clear your EILTS and get ECA certificate. once you have this they just createyou profile which you can do, they do not have any office outside india. They have more than 50 % client where they cant speak english, without speaking english how some one can clear IELTS and they can be considered as eligible....Read More

Grow with Owls was awesome, very decent pay and timely promotions. Team Outing with energy talks, Very friendly management ream. Sales bonus and incentives monthly - make it as hobbies. Peaceful Vibe inside work bay.

The Management always makes you comfort and will never force you or stretch your working hours like other companies if you're doing everything properly. I'll definitely visit the team once I'm back from Canada.!

Read this Full review before interacting with Mr Ninan Lawrence and Vijaya Velaga. On the first week of my employment here, a 24-year-old tells me that "we are a scam, we will teach you to be scamsters. That is how you become rich." Every day that followed just got worse. On the third day I saw the 24 year old Manager Vipin Raj KC say that he hates women hires because they are incompetent. Few weeks later the manager threatens me with a salary cut if I don't work beyond my KRA. I retort by sending him a mail demanding my Job description and KRA, which he refused to respond to. In the past the company had been in trouble for withholding original documents of employees to extend their notice period. During the 7 months that I worked here, I saw 17 people absconding from work. We are talking a company whose size is less than 20 people. This was a company where harassment and bullying reigned supreme. At some point of time, I lost it and confronted the woman, Shreya Pal who recruited me and asked why she lied about the company. She said she felt guilty about it and apologized and said she quit because she couldn't do it anymore. Mr Ninan Lawrence has on 2 occasions threatened me with termination and on one occasion threatened me with "taking care of me"- all of which were recorded on the phone. The company works from 300 sq ft office rooms with 4-5 employees packed in each room (2 rooms to be specific) There are tons of companies in Bangalore which are just rented spaces by unscrupulous individuals, trying to make brokerage off people through shady means and Owlspriority is one such case....Read More

The best place to build our carrier, the entire team and the management is excellent. I should say that the job is completely secured in Owls. Salary, promotion & obviously work bay mood is really satisfying.
