The higher management seems to be involved with the daily activies of employees but actually couldn’t care less. They ate too busy listening to leaders and department heads rather than looking at the actual picture going on , and leaders are busy fooling. If a manager takes over a team, she is more interested in protecting her own hires and gets hostile towards the older members. it seems that TC Global is keeping its Ahmedabad office open merely to maintain a presence in the city. There are no Senior staff, managers, or marketing activities happening at that branch. In Fact, there were only two employees present in the entire office. There are no walk ins or leads provided to the counselors. The reporting manager. based in pune. appears bias to the branch's needs and has been very rude. showing clear bias between the ahmedabad and pune employees.
