Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Interview process included telephonic screening by HR and physiological test online with 2 rounds of personal interview with Branch Manager and Head Operations. HR told me that you have positive review about interview and will be told about further process. But HR Sugandha Mishra did not told me anything about outcome of selection process. This company is a complete family business. It seems that they had already hired someone else by reference. It is right of every candidate who gave interview to be informed about outcome of interview whether he is selected or not. They don't value others time. They asked my CTC of previous company. I think they are afraid of my high CTC and don't have AUKAAT of paying salary at such scale. My advice to family business head is that AGAR AUKAAT NAA HO TO DUSRO KA TIME WASTE MAT KARO.
