This company just hire you for there personal profit. Totally a hire n fire company when it's time for your Appraisal they started firing you so they don't have to give you appraisal for your work. So much politics in the office. You bring profit and client to the company and your managers and head flip that client to there name andstarted working. They just attract you with there salary benefits but dont even pay you your allowance on time. Poor management poor work culture, management don't even look at your email and calls and problem. Your colleagues are good. Otherwise all you manager and head just doing politics don't even appreciate your work. Don't even listen what you are trying to say. Management is very poor.
