What I Dislike about working in OSS Infocom Pvt ltd : Every thing No trainings provided,no salary growth, no professionalism in team, no one respects you and your decision, blame game is always on, no one accepts their mistake, some even don't have the etiquettes to behave in the office, don't know how they have the audacity to say they are seniors and whatnot. They don't even care if you're ill. They give you work even after 9 pm which is pathetic and give you candy like salary, does the same with everyone. Don't know why others are not leaving? Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
