Working here is an overall a very good experience as we get to learn more and more. Also here in OSP we get to work on multiple projects which helps us to explore our ideas in different scopes and fields. Work environment is very good as colleagues work as a team and helps each other to grow. Work pressure is not too much so that one can have a good work life balance. On the job training is not there in OSP, however they assist us with the study material when required.
