Work culture is Bad, compensation is Bad, They have Micro Management in Finance Team they have a tool to Monitor Employees and you need to stick on to your desk even when you don't have work.., lot of politics in Finance team they do favioursm to the ones they need. every month and when ever they want they change the company policy and ask them to follow. they have no strict policy or procedure. They don't speak to employees respectable or they don't act professionally. Finance Team Managers & leads have no knowledge on the process or team management skills they have got promoted because of their tenure in the company....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
