A lot to learn if you get a stable project to work on. Great for freshers!

Dislikes

No work life balance, you are expected to work extra 2 hrs. Very few new projects to work on. I worked for 2 years and they were able to acquire only one project the whole time. they will hold your appraisal if you don't have a project to work on during the appraisal months ie July and Jan. if you have more than a year of experiencein any field I'd advice to skip this one ie if you want to work on something fulfilling but if your motive is to spend time and have bills to pay as your priority then this is the one for you as they probably will not kick you out until your a senior citizen!...Read More

Work Details

Feel the pressure if you have a project and if there is deployment you will work from 10 - 18 hrs and best to not expect any reward for the same But if you get through this then you have become a diamond my friend and can work anywhere in the world.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
